Orange Chicken With Oriental Vegetables
|Boneless chicken breast||10 Ounce, skin removed, cut into 3/4 inch cubes (1 whole)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned bean sprouts||14 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 can)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce (1 can)|
In 2-quart casserole, combine chicken, oil, garlic and orange peel.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Remove chicken from casserole.
Reserve cooking liquid in casserol
