Orange Chicken With Oriental Vegetables

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breast 10 Ounce, skin removed, cut into 3/4 inch cubes (1 whole)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned bean sprouts 14 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 can)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce (1 can)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine chicken, oil, garlic and orange peel.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring after half the time.
Remove chicken from casserole.
Set aside.
Reserve cooking liquid in casserol
