Beef And Broccoli With Soy Sauce Dressing

  Broccoli 1 3⁄4 Pound, cut in florets and blanched (800 Gram)
  Lean beef roast 1 Pound, thinly sliced (450 Gram)
  Red pepper To Taste, seeded and sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced (110 Gram)
  Bean sprouts 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and halved (1 Can / 225 Gram)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  White wine vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soy sauce 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)

In a large salad bowl combine broccoli, beef, red pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts and water chestnuts; season well with pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
