|Broccoli||1 3⁄4 Pound, cut in florets and blanched (800 Gram)|
|Lean beef roast||1 Pound, thinly sliced (450 Gram)|
|Red pepper||To Taste, seeded and sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced (110 Gram)|
|Bean sprouts||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and halved (1 Can / 225 Gram)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|White wine vinegar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Soy sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In a large salad bowl combine broccoli, beef, red pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts and water chestnuts; season well with pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
