Korean Steak

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced / crushed
  Green onions 3 , thinly sliced
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Boneless tender steak 3 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except steak.
Marinate steak in mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove steak and broil, 6 to 8 inches above charcoal heated to turn gray, to desired doneness.
