Tropical Fruit Sherbet

Ingredients
  Non fat buttermilk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Peeled cubed mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kiwifruit 3 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)
  Banana 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Coconut extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, top with cover, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Scoop into individual dessert bowls, and serve immediarely.
