Beef Kabobs italiano
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef flavored instant bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Thyme leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef sirloin steak||1 Pound, cut into cubes (About 1 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Large, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Onions||2 Medium, quartered and separated into bite-size pieces|
|Medium mushrooms||8 Ounce (Fresh)|
|Cherry tomatoes||1⁄2 Pint|
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine tomato sauce, brand, sugar, bouillon and thyme; mix well.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Skewer meat with vegetables.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
