Middle Eastern Kebabs

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 2 Pound
  Onions 2 , grated
  Finely chopped fresh coriander 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine lamb, onions, coriander, parsley, mint, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, nutmeg, egg and breadcrumbs.
With your hands, mix together into a paste.
Wet your hands and pat meat paste firmly around skewers in a sausage shape.
Cook over hot coals 5 to 8 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
