  Cinnamon 1 Gram
  Green cardamom 2 Gram
  Whole cloves 1 Gram
  Whole black cardamom 1 Gram
  Whole bay leaf 1 Gram
  Sliced onions 100 Gram
  Ginger paste 5 Gram
  Garlic paste 3 Gram
  Red chili paste 2 Gram
  Turmeric powder 2 Gram
  Tomato puree 100 Milliliter
  Curd 200 Gram
  Salt 10 Gram
  Kewra itra 2 Drop
  Saffron 1 Gram
  Cream 15 Milliliter
  Green elaichi powder 2 Gram
  Mace powder 1 Gram
  Whole mace 1 Gram
Directions

Method Of Preparation
Heat Oil And Add All Whole Spices.
Add Onion And Fry Till Golden
Add Nalli And Cook Till Browned And Seared Well.
Add The Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chili Paste, Turmeric Powder And Salt And cook.
Add The Tomato Puree And Curd And Cook Well Till All The Water Dries Up And The Curd Looses Its Sourness.
Add Water And Seal The Container, Cook On Dum For 45 Min.
Remove The Lid And Finish The Gravy With Cream, Saffron, Kewra Mace And Gr. Elaichi Powder.
Serve Hot Garnished With Fried Onions.
