Oriental Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lime peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili paste/1/4 teaspoon crushed red chilies 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine oil, ginger and garlic.
Microwave on High 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
