2 1⁄4 Ounce, minced (Half Of A 4 1/2 Ounce Package)
Long grain rice
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onions, celery, garlic and ginger until light brown.
Add the TVP mince and stir together for 3-4 minutes.
Spoon half of this mixture into the casserole dish and cover with the uncooked rice.
Place the remaining onion and celery mixture over the rice.
Blend the tomato juice and soy sauce together and pour over the casserole.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
