|Green onion||1 , sliced|
|Rib eye steak||2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes|
|Tomatillos||8 , halved|
|Onion||1 Large, cut into eights|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Yellow bell pepper||1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add beef to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours; turn bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove beef from bag; discard marinade. Thread meat and vegetable pieces alternately onto each of 8 (10-inch) skewers.
4. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 10 minutes or until done; turn frequently.
