Ingredients
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Rib eye steak 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  Tomatillos 8 , halved
  Onion 1 Large, cut into eights
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Yellow bell pepper 1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add beef to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours; turn bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove beef from bag; discard marinade. Thread meat and vegetable pieces alternately onto each of 8 (10-inch) skewers.
4. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 10 minutes or until done; turn frequently.
