Marshmallow And Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients
  Marshmallows 20
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg whites 2
Directions

Combine marshmallows, pineapple juice, and water in double boiler and heat until marshmallows melt.
Cool, add lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Freeze to a mush.
Combine remaining sugar, salt, and beaten egg whites.
Stir into sherbet.
Freeze.
