Oriental Soup

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar/Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Bias sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green onions 3
Directions

In a saucepan combine water, bouillon granules, wine or rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce the heat.
Add celery and carrots.
Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Bias-slice green onions into 1-inch pieces; add to soup.
Simmer for 2 minutes more or till vegetables are crisp-tender
