Persian Fruit Dessert
|Ripe honeydew||1 Small|
|Ripe cantaloupe||1 Small|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pistachio nuts||3 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rose water||1 Tablespoon|
1. Slice, pare and seed melons; cut into 1-inch cubes. Wash and hull strawberries.
2. Combine melon cubes, whole strawberries, grapes and nuts in a large glass bowl.
3. Pour orange juice over fruits with brandy and rose water; mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
