Korean Braised Short Ribs
|Beef short ribs||4 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Sesame seed||2 Tablespoon, ground|
|Gingerroot/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
Trim fat from beef ribs; place beef in shallow glass or plastic dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over beef.
Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 24 hours.
Drain beef, reserving marinade.
Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat until brown; drain.
Pour marinade over beef.
Cover and cook in 350° oven until tender, about 2 hours.
