Oriental Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained (Two 7 Ounce Cans)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  French bread loaf 1
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Lettuce 4
  Cherry tomatoes 4 , halved
  Avocado 1 , peeled and sliced
Directions

Blend first 5 ingredients.
Add tuna and water chestnuts; toss lightly.
Cut bread in half lengthwise; wrap top half and store.
Spread bottom half with butter.
Top with lettuce, tuna, tomatoes, and avocado.
