Ingredients
  Medium japanese soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Green onion 1 , finely minced
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Sesame seed oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir well to dissolve sugar.
