Oriental Shrimp

Ingredients
  Large shrimp in shells 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry/Cognac 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add cooking oil.
Stir-fry shrimp in hot oil 7 to 8 minutes or till shrimp are done.
Remove shrimp; drain off oil from wok or skillet.
Add catsup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, sherry or cognac, sugar, and hot pepper sauce to wok or skillet; heat to boiling.
Return shrimp to wok or skillet; cover and cook for 30 seconds.
