Oriental Seafood Stir Fry
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced red bell pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Fresh pea pods||2 Ounce|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Imitation crab blend||1⁄2 Pound, flaked|
|Shredded napa cabbage/Hot cooked pasta / rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine water, ReaLemon brand, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
In large skillet, cook and stir mushrooms, red pepper, onion and pea pods in oil until tender-crisp; remove.
Add soy mixture; cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Return vegetables along with crab blend to skillet; heat through.
Serve with shredded Napa cabbage, hot cooked pasta or rice noodles.
