Chicken Kabobs With Soy Sauce

  Boned chicken breasts 1 Pound, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  Medium mushrooms 4 Ounce, halved (15 Mushrooms)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon

Mix chicken pieces, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic powder, ginger and pepper.
Let stand 10 to 20 minutes.
Drain, reserving soy sauce mixture.
Alternate 1 green pepper cube, 1 chicken cube and 1 mushroom half on round wooden toothpicks.
Place kabobs on single layer of paper towels around outer edge of turntable or on roasting rack.
Stir honey into reserved soy sauce mixture; brush each kabob generously.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH (100%) until chicken is tender and green peppers are tender-crisp, 7 1/2 to 10 minutes, brushing each kabob with soy sauce mixture after half the cooking time.
