Steak Kabobs

  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lean beef round steak 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Green peppers 2 Large, cut in to chunks
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into quarters
  Canned pineapple chunks juice packed 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)

Mix sugar, soy sauce, wine, oil, ginger and salt in medium bowl.
Stir in steak cubes; cover.
Marinate at room temperature 1 hour or at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven for broiling.
Remove steak cubes from marinade; reserve marinade.
Thread steak cubes alternately with remaining ingredients on 8 wooden or metal skewers.
Place on broiling trivet.
Broil 7 to 9 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with marinade after half the time.
