Saucy Oriental Meatballs
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Canned chopped water chestnuts||5 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant minced garlic/Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In 1 1/2 -quart (8-inch round) baking dish, combine ground beef, water chestnuts, salt and horseradish.
Form into 1-inch meatballs, arranging in same baking dish.
Combine marmalade, garlic, flour, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Spoon over meatballs.
Cook covered with wax paper, 7 minutes rearranging and turning once.
