Apricot And Banana Sherbet
|Ripe banana||1 Large|
|Apricot spread/Strawberry all fruit spread||10 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Buttermilk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Mash the banana.
Stir in all-fruit spread, and if desired, food coloring.
Stir in buttermilk.
Freeze in a 2 1/2 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
If necessary, let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before serving.
