Grilled Charcoal Beef Kebabs
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad dressing mix||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Package)|
|Beef top round/Boneless sirloin steak||2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Green peppers||To Taste|
|Pearl onions/1 medium orange||16 , cut into wedges|
Combine oil, lemon juice and dry salad dressing mix.
Pour over beef cubes in shallow dish.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
Drain beef; reserve marinade.
Thread beef cubes, peppers and onion onto skewers.
Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot 15 minutes, brushing often with reserved marinade and turning to brown all sides.
A few minutes before serving, add cherry tomatoes to ends of skewers.
