Grilled Charcoal Beef Kebabs

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad dressing mix 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Package)
  Beef top round/Boneless sirloin steak 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Green peppers To Taste
  Pearl onions/1 medium orange 16 , cut into wedges
  Cherry tomatoes 8
Directions

Combine oil, lemon juice and dry salad dressing mix.
Pour over beef cubes in shallow dish.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
Drain beef; reserve marinade.
Thread beef cubes, peppers and onion onto skewers.
Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot 15 minutes, brushing often with reserved marinade and turning to brown all sides.
A few minutes before serving, add cherry tomatoes to ends of skewers.
