  Mince 3⁄4 Kilogram
  Thick curd 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard oil 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger powder 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground garam masala 4 Teaspoon
  Hing 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Urhad barhi 1
  Potato 1
  Green chilies 5
  Dhania 2 Tablespoon
  Pudina 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger piece 2 Inch
  Kashmiri masala 1 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Curd 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sonth 1 Teaspoon
  Khus khus 1 Teaspoon
  Hing 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Badam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garam masala 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Khoya 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kishmish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Cook koftas in oil and boiling water. Let water dry.
2. Add to fried and cooked masalas and cook over slow fire till oil floats on top and some gravy remains.
3. Serve garnished with chopped coriander with rumali roti.
