Kong Na Mul Guk
|Lean beef||8 Ounce, cut into thin strips|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Roasted sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Scallions||2 , finely chopped (Green Part Only)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Quart|
Mix the beef, garlic, sesame seeds, half the spring onions (scallions), the salt and pepper and half the soy sauce together.
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
When it is hot, add the meat and stir-fry until it is evenly browned .
Stir in the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
Pour in the water and remaining soy sauce and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in the remaining spring onion (scallion) and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
