Thimbleberry Sherbet

Ingredients
  Thimbleberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1 , beaten
Directions

Add sugar to thimbleberries and chill 2 hours.
Add lemon juice and egg white.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze.
