|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated ginger root||1 Tablespoon (Freshly Grated)|
|Water chestnuts||2 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Saute ginger root in oil for a few minutes, add watercress and saute for 5 minutes, tossing to coat with oil.
Add soy sauce and water chestnuts.
