Watercress Oriental

Ingredients
  Watercress 1 Pound
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger root 1 Tablespoon (Freshly Grated)
  Water chestnuts 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute ginger root in oil for a few minutes, add watercress and saute for 5 minutes, tossing to coat with oil.
Add soy sauce and water chestnuts.
