|Canned garbanzo beans||30 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Tahini||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), roasted (Not Raw)|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped for garnish|
In a food processor, combine the mashed garlic, garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, water, and olive oil.
Process until smooth.
Add salt, starting at a half a teaspoon, to taste.
Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley.
