Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) (Minced And Mashed)
  Canned garbanzo beans 30 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Tahini 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), roasted (Not Raw)
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped for garnish
Directions

In a food processor, combine the mashed garlic, garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, water, and olive oil.
Process until smooth.
Add salt, starting at a half a teaspoon, to taste.
Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley.
