Sweet N Sour Stir Fry
|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, cut into chunks|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Sliced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Sweet sour and spicy french dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Lite Sweet N Sour Spicy)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
In medium skillet, heat oil and cook carrots, snow peas and green bell pepper over medium heat, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add water chestnuts, tomato, cucumber and sweet 'n sour spicy French dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until
