Here's a brilliant Satay Sauce recipe that you must try for sure. The recipe is quite simple and makes a great accompaniment. The best part about the sauce is that it can be stored for up to two weeks. I have always received appreciation for this sauce, make this Satay Sauce and watch your guests getting impressed.
Ingredients
  Butter 20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Peanut butter 75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoons)
  White vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, melt butter over low heat.
2 Add onion and fry till tender.
3 Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until thick.

SERVING
4 Serve as an accompaniment with satay

TIP
This sauce will keep refrigerated in a covered jar for up to two weeks.
