Lemon Veal Kebabs

Ingredients
  Veal tenderloin 1⁄2 Pound, sliced in 1/4 inch thick rounds (250 Gram)
  Mushroom caps 16 , cleaned
  Yellow pepper 1 (In Large Pieces)
  Olive oil 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Wine vinegar 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chopped fresh tarragon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Broccoli stalks 2 , cubed and cooked
  Red onion 1⁄2 (In Large Pieces)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
Directions

Place veal, mushrooms and pepper in bowl.
Sprinkle in oil, vinegar, tarragon and lemon juice.
Refrigerate 35 minutes.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Alternate veal (fold each piece in 2), mushrooms, yellow pepper, broccoli and onion on skewers.
Place in ovenproof dish and pour marinade over skewers.
Broil 12 minutes in oven 6 in (15 cm) from top element Turn skewers over once.
