Asian Style Turkey
|Turkey breast tenderloin/Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves||1 Pound|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, ground|
Cut turkey lengthwise into thin strips.
Place turkey in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
For marinade, in a small bowl combine white wine, orange juice, soy sauce, "water, rice vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
Pour over turkey; seal bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
Drain turkey, discarding marinade.
Thread turkey, accordion-style, onto .skewers, leaving 1/4 inch between strips.
Place skewers on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turning occasionally to brown evenly.
