Magical Hummus

Ingredients
  Cooked chick peas 16 Ounce, drained
  Thinly sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Onions; Use White Part Only)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Tahini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Sesame Seed Paste)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Pitas 4 Ounce, cut into quarters (Four 1 Ounce Pieces)
Directions

In food processor, process all ingredients except pitas and parsley until well blended.
