Cider Sherbet Refresher

Ingredients
  Apple juice/Apple cider 2 Quart
  Lemon sherbet 1 Quart
  Lemon-lime carbonated beverage 10 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Mint sprig 2
Directions

Pour the chilled apple juice over the sherbet which has been spooned into punch bowl.
Just before serving, pour the carbonated beverage in gently.
Garnish with sprigs of mint
