Quick Frank Kabobs
|Frankfurters||8 , cut into thirds|
|Canned whole new potatoes||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, cut into pieces|
|Horseradish mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||2 Tablespoon (1/2 Envelope)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||3 Drop|
Thread frank pieces on skewers alternately with potatoes and pepper pieces.
In small bowl stir together horseradish mustard, catsup, taco seasoning mix, water, oil, and hot pepper sauce.
Grill kabobs over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
