Saucy Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 1 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes (16 Pieces)
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, minced
  Basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed golden mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 12 , parboiled for 2 minutes (1 Inch)
  Cherry tomatoes 12
Directions

In deep bowl, combine meat and wine; refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain, reserving wine.
In saucepan, cook garlic and basil in butter; stir in soup, wine, and ketchup.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir now and then.
Arrange alternately on 4 skewers: beef, pepper, and tomatoes; brush lightly with oil.
Place on grill 4 inches above glowing coals.
Cook for 12 to 18 minutes turning and brushing frequently with sauce.
Heat remaining sauce.
