1. In a large pot place the half of the strawberry and half of the sugar.
2. Place the second half of the strawberry topped with the remaining half of the sugar.
3. Cover the pot and place it under the sun for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours over medium heat cook the strawberry until the strawberry are soft and sugar is completely dissolved.
5. Skim the surface as and when froth appears.
6. Pour the lemon juice and stir everything well.
7. Once done store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
