Charcoal Beef Kabobs
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef top round steak||2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Green peppers||2 Medium|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
n shallow glass dish, combine oil, lemon juice and dry salad dressing mix.
Add beef cubes; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
Drain beef cubes; reserve marinade.
Thread beef cubes, green peppers and onion alternately on skewers.
Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot briquets 15 minutes, brushing often with marinade and turning to brown all sides.
Add cherry tomatoes to ends of skewers during last 5 minutes of grilling.
