|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
|Green pepper||1 , cut in wide strips|
|Tomatoes||6 Small, halved|
1. Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
2. Mix vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Marinate meat in mixture for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove meat and alternate on 4 skewers with green pepper and tomatoes. Brush with marinade.
4. Broil 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes, turning once.
