1. Chop the garlic, onion and parsley, set aside.
2. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
3. In a wok cook the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes and then transfer in a try and keep it aside.
4. In the same wok pour oil and add the rice and break it up, add onion and garlic, stir fry everything.
5. Add the chicken, mix it well, add ketchup and coat the rice with it.
6. Transfer in a serving plate, set aside.
7. In the same wok cook the eggs as an omelet and place it over the rice.
