Bitter Green Salad In Honey Lemon Tahini Part 2: Preparing Tahini

Ingredients
  Black sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (little seed)
  Thyme sprig 4
  Juice of a lemon 1 Medium
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a food processor blend together the honey, sesame seeds, lime juice and olive oil. Blend this well.
2)Add a sprig of thyme and water. Blend well.

SERVING:
1)Serve on kale greens or your favorite salad and enjoy!
