Oriental Seasoned Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 12 Ounce, shelled and deveined shrimp (Fresh / Frozen)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry/Cognac 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thaw shrimp if frozen.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine catsup, oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and hot pepper sauce.
Add shrimp; stir to coat.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 5 minutes or till done.
Remove shrimp from juices.
Measure juices; add water to make 3/4 cup.
Return to casserole.
Stir together the 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch; add to juices in casserole.
Cook at HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or till thickened, stirring twice.
Return shrimp to sauce.
