Citrus Shrimp Kabobs

  Savory herb with garlic soup mix 2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel/Lime peel 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil leaves/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed
  Uncooked large shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Green onions 3 , cut into 2-inch pieces
  Mushrooms 8 Small

In small bowl, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix, lemon juice, lemon peel, oil and basil; add shrimp.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
On 4 skewers, alternately thread shrimp and vegetables.
Broil or grill, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until shrimp turn pink.
