Ingredients
  Galangal slices 3 (Fresh)
  Lime zest 1 Teaspoon
  Minced coriander root 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh jalapeno/Serrano chilies with set 8
  Lemongrass stalk 1 , minced
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Shrimp paste 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (For Blending)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mortar or blender and pound or blend to a paste, adding oil as necessary.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
