Veal And Prune Kebabs
|Veal sirloin||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips (750 Gram)|
|Rice wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Green peppers||1 1⁄2 , diced into large pieces|
|Celery pieces||24 , blanched (3/4 Inch / 2 Centimeter Size)|
|Fresh mint leaves||12|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Place meat in wine, oil, lemon jui:e and thyme; marinate 15 minutes on countertop.
Drain meat and reserve marinade.
Alternate veal, prunes, green peppers, celery and mint leaves on skewers; place on ovenproof plater.
Generously brush with marinade an 1 broil 10 minutes 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once and season during cooking.
