Raspberry Sherbet

Ingredients
  Fresh raspberries/2 cups frozen, unsweetened berries, thawed, drained, and mashed 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole milk 1 Quart
  Egg whites 2 , stiffly beaten
Directions

Mix all ingredients except egg whites and pour into can of freezer, churn until partly frozen, then fold in egg whites and continue to freeze.
Pack in covered container and place in deep freeze for several hours.
