|Fresh raspberries/2 cups frozen, unsweetened berries, thawed, drained, and mashed||2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1 Quart|
|Egg whites||2 , stiffly beaten|
Mix all ingredients except egg whites and pour into can of freezer, churn until partly frozen, then fold in egg whites and continue to freeze.
Pack in covered container and place in deep freeze for several hours.
