|Chickpeas||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked and drained, liquid reserved|
|Tahini||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Ground Sesame Seeds)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Lemon juice||3 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In the bowl of a blender, combine chick peas, tahini, garlic, cayenne and lemon juice.
Process until smooth.
If mixture is too thick to blend well, add 1 T. (15 mL) of reserved chick pea cooking liquid.
Garnish with parsley.
