Hummus

Ingredients
  Chickpeas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked and drained, liquid reserved
  Tahini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Ground Sesame Seeds)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

In the bowl of a blender, combine chick peas, tahini, garlic, cayenne and lemon juice.
Process until smooth.
If mixture is too thick to blend well, add 1 T. (15 mL) of reserved chick pea cooking liquid.
Garnish with parsley.
