Egg Foo Yung
|Canned water chestnuts||6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut in eighths|
|Frozen spinach/15 ounces chopped spinach, well drained||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
Put all ingredients except spinach in blender container.
Cover and process at CHOP 3 to 4 cycles.
Pour into mixing bowl, add spinach, and stir to mix well.
Pour mixture by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle and bake until brown on medium heat.
Turn and brown other side.
