Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Canned water chestnuts 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch
  Onion 1 Medium, cut in eighths
  Frozen spinach/15 ounces chopped spinach, well drained 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients except spinach in blender container.
Cover and process at CHOP 3 to 4 cycles.
Pour into mixing bowl, add spinach, and stir to mix well.
Pour mixture by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle and bake until brown on medium heat.
Turn and brown other side.
