Low Calorie Orange Pineapple Sherbet
|Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Non fat dry milk solids||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Set refrigerator control at coldest setting.
Put all ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl in order given.
Beat just enough to blend.
Pour into ice trays; freeze 1-2 hours until half-frozen.
Remove to large, chilled mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until mixture is softened, then beat on high speed 3-5 minutes until creamy but not liquid.
Pour into freezer containers or ice cube trays.
