Low Calorie Orange Pineapple Sherbet

  Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cold water 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk solids 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Set refrigerator control at coldest setting.
Put all ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl in order given.
Beat just enough to blend.
Pour into ice trays; freeze 1-2 hours until half-frozen.
Remove to large, chilled mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until mixture is softened, then beat on high speed 3-5 minutes until creamy but not liquid.
Pour into freezer containers or ice cube trays.
