Oriental Ham Tidbits

Ingredients
  Plum jelly/Red currant jelly 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Ham 1 Pound, cut into cubes
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained cut in half (1 Can)
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 1 inch chunks
Directions

In large skillet, combine jelly, lemon juice and cornstarch.
Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add ham, water chestnuts and green pepper, stirring to coat pieces; heat through.
