|Plum jelly/Red currant jelly||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ham||1 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained cut in half (1 Can)|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 inch chunks|
In large skillet, combine jelly, lemon juice and cornstarch.
Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add ham, water chestnuts and green pepper, stirring to coat pieces; heat through.
